Nasi kebuli

Considered a heritage dish of the Kuala Lipis district, nasi kebuli is made of rice cooked with coconut oil mixed with chicken (sometimes substituted with lamb or mutton), raisins, olives, clovers, olives, and lemongrass to give it an aromatic smell.

Go jungle trekking at Lentang Recreational Forest Park

A recreational forest reserve near Bentong Town with Benus river running across the whole rainforest area, forming beautiful pools, cascades and waterfalls.  The water here is damn cold and water stream is rapids. The river in Hutan Lipur lentang is full with Gigantic Rock. In some area, you will have a feeling back to the Jurassic park because all the giant rock, trees and soil is forest green.

Explore the limestone cave temples of Gua Charas

Gua Charas is a religious site for both Buddhists and Hindus in the area. Set within a limestone cave dating close to 400 million years old are a Buddhist temple and a Hindu temple, with the symbols of both religions adorning the cave’s granite walls. You will also find a modest Reclining Buddha Statue within the cave. However, the true reward comes from the views of the surrounding countryside you get to enjoy as you scale to the top of the mountain.
